Reviews and Ratings <br />
This resort is an amazing haven for families, with breathtaking views and fantastic amenities. The cleanliness and comfort of the chalet exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable stay. However, I felt that the room decor could use a refresh to match the beautiful surroundings more closely. The availability of a free bus pass was a huge plus for easy access to nearby attractions.
My stay was quite disappointing overall. The location was decent for exploring, but the rooms had a serious issue with cleanliness and comfort. I faced significant safety hazards and inadequate service during my visit. While the overall price seemed reasonable, the value for what I experienced was lacking due to the state of the accommodations.
I recently stayed at the Douglas Fir Resort and while it has some great aspects, there were definitely a few drawbacks. The location is fantastic and the views are lovely, but the rooms could really use an update and my sheets weren't the best. Overall, it was decent value for money, especially given the amenities, but some things definitely need improvement.
Our stay at the resort provided a mix of experiences. The location is fantastic, surrounded by stunning mountain views and within a short drive of Banff. The room was spacious with a kitchenette, great for families, but we faced some issues with cleanliness and housekeeping that were quite disappointing. The amenities, especially the pool and waterslide, were a hit with the kids, making it a fun stay overall.
I had a great time at the resort, enjoying its cozy atmosphere away from the bustling tourist spots. The rooms were spacious and included all the basic amenities, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. The outdoor and indoor hot tubs were a hit with us, making the stay more enjoyable. While the service was decent, some issues like cleanliness were concerning. Overall, it's a good value for the beautiful views and amenities available.
